About this Product
These small red oak boxes can be used for any number of things. They make a nice jewelry box for some rings or small earrings. They can work as a salt cellar for your seasonings and spices. They can just be a cute decorative item. These are a nice little gift.
The lid pivots open on a pin. There is a magnet inset to keep it closed.
This set of boxes was made from 1 piece of spalted red oak. You can see how the grain matches up perfectly on several of them. Each one is different, but they all match as a set.
Three of them are the same size, and two are a little shorter.

I inherited my mom's craftiness, and I get a lot of joy from making things!
My current crafty focus is on woodworking and painting. Bringing the two together is especially satisfying. I love making fine woodworking pieces, but I don't shy away from throwing together something rustic using reclaimed wood.
Seasonal items are fun because they give me something new to play with all the time. I can always look forward to the next season if I'm caught in the doldrums. Creating something lovely and useful is my favorite. But it's also nice to just make something pretty.
