About this Product

This tiny jar is so cute I can't stand myself right now!

I loved making these little jars with lids!

They are made of hand-poured cement (I use a gypsum cement mix)

And hand-painted with mandala designs

I sealed the jars with Earth-safe sealer, then painted them and sealed them again to protect the paint. They can be used in various ways, Indoors or outdoors, they are tiny and so cute!

These jars measure approximately:

Jar - just under 3 inches in diameter x 1.5 inches tall without the lid

Lid - 2.5 inches in diameter x .5 inches tall

Interior of the jar - 1.5 inches in diameter x 1 inch deep

Paints Used are all Acrylic paints:

Base color - painted black

design - I used metallic acrylic paints in silver, ice blue, pearl white, gray and black

These are easy to care for they can be wiped off with a damp cloth or hand washed. They are sealed with Earth Safe sealer, protecting them from absorbing water or fluids.

Meet the Maker

Hello! I'm River, I've always been a bit artsy and eccentric in my flower child ways. I love creating pieces that can be used in our every day lives that bring a sparkle of joy and color to the day. I have been practicing my art since I was very young, but only as a hobby until the last few years. I love to express my creativity and although my art isn't everyone's cup of tea, there are many that really enjoy it. I have been an Accountant for 40 years now, and now I sell my art that I spend all my free time making, with my senior dog Phyllis napping next to me. I hope you enjoy it!

How it’s Made

I hand-poured cement - I use a gypsum cement mix

I sealed the jar before painting it

Painted with acrylic paint

I then sealed the jar again after painting the jar to protect the paint.
