INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Download file and save to your computer, unzip file
2) Upload UNZIPPED file to your software (Silhouette Studio, Design Space, etc.)
3) Resize the template when uploaded (ONLY USE THE WIDTH & HEIGHT PROVIDED)
Silhouette Studio Instructions
– To cut select Material: Rhinestone Template Material
– Blade Depth 6
– Force 22
– Speed 10
– Passes 2
– Load mat and press send
Design Space Instructions
1) Click upload
2) Click upload image
3) Click Browse
4) Select image (double click)
5) Click upload image
6) Select image, then click add to canvas
7) FIRST – RESIZE YOUR IMAGE (Width then Height)
8) Click combine, then weld
9) Click make it
10) Adjust template on your mat (DO NOT MIRROR IMAGE), select continue
– To cut select Material: Felt, Craft Bonded
– Blade Pressure: More
– Go Mat and press go

We have a 5 day return policy on physical products. If it has been more than 5 days since you received your order unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

In a situation that an item is defective or damaged please email patchedembroidery@gmail.com so we can provide you with an order number. We suggest sending item(s) back with a tracking number via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Once your item is inspected we will notify you by email if your exchange or refund has been approved.
SHIPPING
Please allow up to 24-48 business hours after receipt of your payment for your order to be processed. You will be notified by email once your item has shipped. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided. Please check your spam folder.
There are two shipping options:
1) USPS Priority Mail: 5 - 7 business days
2) USPS First Class Mail: 8 - 10 business days
