About this Product
These beautiful snowflake votive candle holders measure 3in wide by 2.5in high. The snowflakes are made of frit (crushed glass) and fused, then slumped on a votive mold. All my creations are fired at temperatures up to about 1500 degrees and then annealed (slowly cooled) for strength and durability. The listing includes 1 Battery Operated LED Votive Candles. Since glass working is not an exact science, some small imperfections may appear on the glass. Each item is hand made so no two will be identical.***Please Note: The photo may not be the exact votive in stock. Each votive is handmade, and is a unique piece of glass, so every votive will look different. Cancellations
I can not accept cancellations on orders once work has begun, or on any order that has already been shipped. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns
I accept return within 7 days of delivery with approval by Mellyn's. Items must be returned in original condition with tracking on package, and will be refunded less the shipping. Buyer will be refunded when Mellyn's receives package in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
----There will be a RESTOCKING FEE for returns that originally shipped with "FREE SHIPPING". The restocking fee (actual postage paid to ship) will be deducted from the item price before the rest of the amount is refunded to you:
The knobs and finials are custom and made-to-order, so I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I can't accept returns for:
---Intimate items-- Earrings, Pendants, and Necklaces (for health/hygiene reasons)
---All Knobs-agate and fused glass
---Finials
If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item, and package material within 2 days of receipt. Items that are custom orders are not returnable. If there is a problem with your item, please let me know and I will do what I can to solve the problem.
Shipping
Mellyn's ships in 3-5 business days. Custom orders will take longer. All my items ship USPS unless you specify another shipper. Shipping speed is determined by the US postal service. I can not guarantee delivery times once USPS has picked it up.
