Snowman Carrot (F1) seeds:
Snowman carrots are an attractive hybrid that is pure white both outside and inside. They can reach up to 10 inches. The outer skin is smooth with very few creases.
Snowman carrots are best used for adding contrast to dishes. The flavor is that of a traditional carrot but a little less sweet. Put these in a pan with some butter and brown sugar for a simple but beautiful dish of glazed carrots.
These are great for container gardening, you want to make sure the container is at least 10-12 inches so your carrots can reach the bottom.
