SHIPPING METHOD
We are located in California, USA. All the products we sell are hand made and Custom/Personalized. The products are made only when it’s purchased which is why we generally have turn around time of 3-5 business days.
All orders are hand delivered to either USPS or UPS for small items and through FEDEX for larger items. Due to weather and other delays (i.e Holidays), estimated delivery time may not be accurate. Please allow 2-4 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally.
PLEASE NOTE:
ANNEderfulCreations is not responsible for any delays, damaged and/or lost mail. Please ensure address is correct upon checkout; when filling out at checkout you must include your FULL address, don’t forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting us at support@annederfulcreations.com. Unfortunately if the item(s) are already shipped, We will not be able to change the address.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
ANNEderful Creations is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item does arrive damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the CARRIER (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) tracking shows the package is delivered.
DEFECTS:
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 4-5 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product or If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, please contact us at support@annederfulcreations.com with your order # and a photo of the product. Please, make sure you add a subject to your email; this helps us attend to your needs quicker on how we can make this right.
