I hand wrapped this outstanding blue Sodalite gemstone with sterling silver wire to frame the stone and showcase the natural beauty of the Sodalite. For me, less is more especially when the stone is so beautiful on it's own.

* Handcrafted genuine Sodalite gemstone cabochon
* Sterling silver wire
* Size: Pendant measures 2 3/4" x 1 1/4"
* Opening for a chain or cord is 7 mm which will fit a chain or cord up to 6.5 mm in diameter

There's only one! Each pendant I make is in a class by itself. The natural variations in the gemstones and the handcrafted nature of the wire jewelry is always as unique as an individual snowflake. You'll never see another wire wrapped pendant like this one so snatch this one up before it's gone.

Meet the Maker
Hello, my name is Diane and I am the owner and artist of Artisan Rockhound. I started out as a Rockhound (a person who searches for and collects rocks and minerals as a hobby) and became an Artisan (a skilled craft worker who makes or creates material objects partly or entirely by hand). I still love rockhounding and do it any chance I get plus I enjoy talking about rocks to whoever wants to listen.
Everything I sell is made in my Arizona, USA workshop with an emphasis on quality over quantity. The leather pouches I make with high quality Elk and Deer hide that I hand pick from various vendors. I use only glass beads, natural gemstones, metal, and authentic antler/bones as embellishments. All my products are proudly made in the USA. Each one is a unique one of a kind work of art. My products are already made when they enter the shop so they are ready to ship as soon as you buy them.

How it’s Made
I used Sterling Silver wire and wrapped a Sodalite cabochon that I made from a slab of Sodalite i bought at a gem show in a frame style also known as a border wrap. It is a simple style that I love because it shows off the cabochon with minimal wire covering the stone.
