Hello and welcome to my corner of Go Imagine!
After my crisis counselor shifts, I always looked for ways to decompress after my shifts. I found fluid art painting through YouTube and it brought a sense of ease and calm so I could fall asleep. I started dabbling in this art last summer and it has been so fulfilling and joyful, such a release. Friends and family know how important mental health awareness is to me and I wanted to share that through my art. If I can bring joy and peace to anyone with this art that playfully flows across the canvas, that fills my soul.

How it’s Made
I created Solar Pulse using an acrylic ring pour technique. I layered rich reds, oranges, and yellows into a single cup, then poured in gentle spirals to let the colors unfold naturally. As the rings formed, I tilted the canvas with intention, guiding the flow to create movement and depth without losing the integrity of the pattern. Once fully cured, I varnished the surface to bring out the vibrancy and protect the piece—sealing in its warmth and motion for years to come.
