Made by Danci is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. We are do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 SHIPPING: All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS: Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

 LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Made by Danci is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS: Made by Danci allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. Please review our Return Policy for details.

 OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS: In case of out-of-stock, Made by Danci will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every item we make, but we know things can happen. If an item doesn't meet your expectations or you need a different size or style, please contact us.

Made by Danci has a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at cilia_negrete@yahoo.com.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11 Seguine Pl Staten Island, NY 10312 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, if that is the case, we will provide you with the complimentary free Return Label.

STORE CREDIT: We offer you FREE Pre-Paid Shipping Label when you choose to have Store Credit, so we will issue a digital Gift Card for the total amount of your purchase, which will be send it to the email address you provided us with.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD: You will be refunded the total purchase amount and any applicable sales tax, minus $5.00 fee for Pre-Paid Shipping Label. Refunds are processing within five (5) business days after the returned  item have been accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order once it has arrived  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED MODIFIED OR CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
