These are the "play clothes" Maria makes for the Von Trapp children! We have this fabric custom made to look similar to the costumes from the 1965 movie.
100% cotton, machine washable, cool and comfortable. The bodices are fully lined, with very full skirts. There are four available in this listing. "Liesl" has waist ties and puff sleeves. "Louisa" is sleeveless with side ties. "Brigitta" has a floppy collar and circle skirt. "Kurt" is a big button up collar shirt.
These prices assume adult sizing. Please send your bust, waist, and height measurements at checkout. Lower children's prices are available. We also make everything else from the Sound of Music. Contact me for details.
We tend to keep some sizes on the rack, but most items are custom made to your measurements. This is not a mom sewing in her craft room. We are a group of seven artisans working in a pet free, smoke free professional costume shop in St Paul.

Sheila is the owner, shop manager, and head draper (pattern maker). Six other talented artisans cut, sew, fit, and build incredible creations. We all have college level education and decades of experience making costumes. These are not cheap Halloween costumes made in a factory. Your costume will not be made by a mom in her craft room! How it’s Made
We have this fabric custom made in a factory 1000 yards at a time. It is 100% cotton. We make our own patterns to the measurements you send, though these are so popular that we often make some sizes ahead of time.
All our costumes are made by skilled artisans who are paid a living wage. We work in a smoke free, pet free costume shop in St Paul. We make everything from this show, in all sizes from infants to 4x +. Contact me for lower children's pricing.
