Our products are shipped with 100% eco-friendly packaging, including our packing tape and poly-mailers, to make recycling easy for our customers. All receipts are digital and available through your Goimagine purchase. NOTE: any freebies included in any orders are not recyclable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and No exchanges are offered due to the handmade/made-to-order nature of our products, but I can help if any issues arise. Just message me! See our shop warranty section.

1) Allow 1-3 business days to process your order. 2) Please allow another 5-10 days for your order to be delivered. 3) No Rush Orders, so order ahead.

★Where is my Order?
You can find your ESTIMATED SHIP DATE: 1) In your "purchases" section in your Goimagine account by clicking on "your purchases". Locate your "LittlePearCompany" purchase and you will see an estimated ship date next to your order. 2) Please allow 1-3 business days to make your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding any holidays.
Because our shop relies on US Postal Service, we do NOT guarantee arrival dates. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping process once the package has left our small shop and into the care of USPS. The only information we have on your tracking is the same tracking information we have sent you. We promise to ship your package within the stated time frame but we have no control over any delays that might occur. We will replace any items damaged in the shipping process. Please send me a message and send a photo of the damaged package and damaged product. We are happy to help!
★Warranty
If your item is lost, we will remake and resend your order. We ask that you allow an additional 5-days past the expected delivery date to see if your order arrives. If your item is damaged, we will remake and resend your order. Please message us and send us a photo of the damaged package and products. We are HAPPY to help!!
