About this Product
In celebration of Pride Month 2024 and in homage to the Nonbinary community, I created this vibrant acrylic flip cup pour painting on an 8 inch by 10 inch canvas. The piece prominently features hues of purple, black, yellow, and white—symbolic of the Nonbinary Pride flag. This artwork not only embodies the spirit of inclusivity and diversity but also reflects my deep connection with the LGBTQIA+ community. Through my volunteer work with organizations like the Trevor Project, PFLAG, and Free Mom Hugs, as well as personal relationships, I am inspired to express solidarity and pride through art.

Meet the Maker
Hello and welcome to my corner of Go Imagine!
After my crisis counselor shifts, I always looked for ways to decompress after my shifts. I found fluid art painting through YouTube and it brought a sense of ease and calm so I could fall asleep. I started dabbling in this art last summer and it has been so fulfilling and joyful, such a release. Friends and family know how important mental health awareness is to me and I wanted to share that through my art. If I can bring joy and peace to anyone with this art that playfully flows across the canvas, that fills my soul.
Thank you for visiting,
Angie
How it’s Made
My art piece is more than just a painting; it's a testament to the craftsmanship and dedication poured into each creation. Crafted during Pride Month 2024, this acrylic flip cup pour painting stands out on its 8 inch by 10 inch canvas. Using a meticulous process, I stacked layers of purple, yellow, black, and white acrylic paint—echoing the vibrant hues of the Nonbinary Pride flag—within the pouring cup. Blended with Floetrol for optimal flow and a hint of silicone to foster the captivating cellular patterns, each piece is as unique as the community it celebrates. The cup is deftly flipped onto the canvas, followed by a deft spin on my custom metal spinner, ensuring the colors blend harmoniously across the surface. My commitment extends beyond art; through partnerships with the Trevor Project, PFLAG, and Free Mom Hugs, we actively support and champion LGBTQIA+ rights. This dedication infuses every swirl, showcasing not just a painting, but a heartfelt ode to inclusivity and the power of handmade artistry.
