How it’s Made
I use a program to set colors, patterns and details of the pieces then use a machine to cut the pieces out. If there's a pattern and/or other personalization added, I use a printer to create those pieces. I then carefully construct the pieces together with a strong glue. I then add any printed pieces to complete the hat.
