About this Product
Beveled glass 3D hanging prism orb with small beveled orb center. Made from 6 clear 2" square glass bevels and measuring 4" in width and 5" in length from top of wire hanging loop to bottom tip. The inside beveled orb is made from 6 clear 1" beveled squares. The finish is silver.
These sparkly reflective orbs are constructed by me in the Tiffany style of stained glass. The extra beveled orb hanging on the inside will cast off even more prisms! Hang in a sunny window and watch the prisms dance across the room!
Bevel Prism Orbs are safe to hang outside on a covered porch from a tree or a shepherds hook in your garden. Inside your home they work great in an open window, letting the breeze twirl them around and around.

I don't store your personal information or use it for any purpose other than filling your orders. You won't be signed up for any emails automatically simply by shopping, you have to explicitly sign up and request emails. Your email address will never be sold to third parties. Your payment processor will obviously need your information, but none of that is stored or used by Bello Glass. Unless I'm legally obligated to release your personal info, I don't use it other than for regular marketing purposes.

Shipping and Returns
I handcraft, carefully package and ship every order myself. Production time for these Made to Order items is 3-5 business days. Need your order for a special occasion? I'm always happy to make that happen, just let me know when you place the order.
I understand sometimes there is a need for a return. Please notify me with 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your order. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and packaging. Once I receive the item(s) back in new condition, your payment on the original order will be refunded.
What do I do if my order arrives broken?
Despite carefully packaging your order, damage could occur during shipping. If this happens, please contact me as soon as you discover the breakage. Snap a photo of the damaged item and package then send it along to me. I will make you a replacement and send it on it's way asap, including a return shipping label for the damaged piece.
