Meet the Maker

Hello, I'm Jess. :)

An upstate NY native, I live in Rochester with my husband Jonathan and our two rescue cats. I first started making jewelry in 2015, beginning with tiny glass bottle necklaces that I made as gifts for my bridal party. Shortly after I began exploring every jewelry medium I could get my hands on, and began offering my pieces online and in local markets in my community.

Today, my focus has shifted towards crafting elegant and comfortable metal and gemstone staple pieces, perfect for everyday wear. All of my jewelry is nickel-free, and I prioritize sensitive skin compatibility in every design and material choice. Nature, stories, travel, architecture, and the night sky are a continuous source of inspiration for me, and you will frequently find these themes throughout my work.

Beyond jewelry, I occasionally offer handmade and upcycled home decor pieces, and have recently ventured into curated vintage clothing. Throughout my entire collection, you'll find a harmonious emphasis on neutral tones and natural materials, blending an airy bohemian aesthetic with versatility and timeless sensibility.

When I'm not immersed in crafting and curating, you'll find me spending time outside, dabbling in multiple creative side projects, exploring local hidden gems, and traveling whenever possible. (Oh, and drinking way too much coffee.)

Shop Policies

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

Each item is made to order, and will be processed and ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Be aware that postal delays can occur and are beyond my control. To ensure timely delivery for a specific event or date, I recommend placing your order well in advance.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS:

Returns are accepted. All returns must be shipped back within 7 days in original condition and packaging. Full amount paid including original shipping charge will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any loss of value if the item is not returned in original condition. I am not able to offer exchanges at this time. Cancellations are accepted. All cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of purchase.


FAQ:

Q: Do you do custom pieces?

A: I am not currently accepting custom orders However, if you need a small adjustment (such as an extra inch of length to a chain), please contact me and I'll accommodate you if I am able to!

Q: My package is delayed or has stopped tracking. Please help!

A: If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact me and I will help you start a missing package search with USPS to help you recover your package.

Q: Tracking says my package was delivered, but I'm not able to find it. What should I do now?

A: If you haven't received your package, even though the post office marked it as delivered, I recommend taking the following steps:

1. Send me a message and let me know.

2. Check with your neighbors and any household members to determine if it was delivered to the wrong address or picked up by someone else.

3. Wait a day or two. Occasionally packages are scanned ahead of delivery. Often when this happens, the package will arrive the following day.

4. If 48 hrs passes and you still haven't found your package, please contact your local post office directly to determine the delivery location. They can provide GPS coordinates that pinpoint the exact address where the package was left. If it's a postal error, they will assist you in retrieving the package.

*** At this time I am not able to refund or reship packages once they are marked delivered. If this happens, please contact me as soon as possible so I can be aware of the situation. I also recommend filing a report of stolen mail with both the post office and your local police department. This allows them to monitor cases and potentially identify any recurring patterns of mail theft.
