How it’s Made
This item is made to order.
Each Order is shipped with Instruction card and a vinyl applicator tool.
Our decals are shipped USPS First Class mail in a standard envelope marked with a stamp in the bottom left corner "Eighty One & Company".
All decals are shipped with transfer tape and the following application instructions:
1. If placing on a glass surface: clean with rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner.
2. Peel backing off transfer tape.
3. Place decal sticky side down onto the surface.
4. When in place, use a credit card to smooth it out.
5. Slowly remove the transfer tape.
6. Let it cure for 24-48 hours.
°We recommend keeping the decal away from wiper blades.
°If you are using your decal for drinkware, please note that your item should be hand-washed gently with mild soapy water to ensure lasting results.
°Decals are not food safe.
° Decals may be removed; however, they are not reusable.
Not recommended for: silicone, dry wall, un-painted flower pots, any bumpy/porous or non smooth surface.
Shop Policies
Refunds, Returns, and Re-prints
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Contact Seller” feature and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Note: If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Production & Processing Times
Most orders are completed and shipped within 2-5 business days. There are sessional delays that occur during peek times each year, between mid October threw to early December. During this peak time products will take longer to produce due to volume. Updates during that time can be found on our main page in shop updates, as well as any shipping delays, and holiday ordering deadlines.
Shipping Information
Most items are shipped in envelopes or poly mailers via USPS. Times can vary depending on delays with USPS. We can not be held accountable for such delays as they are out of our hands. Please let us know if there is a specific date that your items are needed by before placing your order, so that we may help you. Yearly peak time delays, holiday rushes, and shipping deadlines can be found in our "Shop Updates" section on our main page when applicable.
Lost Orders - Not Received Orders
As all orders are sent by USPS with tracking, we are notified when delivery is complete. If your item is marked in your account as delivered, but you have not received your item please reach out threw "Message Seller" (not by leaving a bad review) and let us know. In most cases they have just been sorted for delivery locally and you will receive it within 72 hours. Or it has been delivered to your neighbor, and can be found within 24 hours. In the event it has not been found we can help guide you threw then next steps to get refunded, or an replacement item if you contact us.
About our decals
Our decals are carefully crafted per order. Each item is tested before shipping to customers to ensure their ability to be pealed, and adhere once received. We only use select brands of vinyl to uphold our quality standards to ensure that you are getting the highest quality possible. After testing each decal is packaged and sealed, this prevents issues to our customers receiving damaged items due to weather and shipping. From time to time we will strategically fold decals for shipping purposes. We have found that doing this prevents the USPS from folding them to place in mail boxes, saves you on shipping expenses, and ensures that the decal is still absolutely perfect once it arrives to you. Decals are shipped with application tool, and instructions (1) per order.
