How it’s Made
A cherry wood is prepared for laser engraving by sanding, cleaning and sealing. Once ready It is laser engraved using 2 passes at different speed and power to get a good detailed image. Finally it is finished with two clear coats of polyurethane for protection. The reason why I put only tow coats is for the wood to look natural and not shiny.
