Hi, I'm Amy Friend. I opened shop in 2008 after a previous career as a social worker & right after my son was born. It's been a wild ride, but I love waking up to this little business every morning. From the workbench to the hands & hearts of customers, I enjoy the process, and the connections made along the way.

How it’s Made
It all begins with a roll of sterling silver wire. I measure, cut, file, shape, solder, clean, hammer, polish until each little circle, then link them all together for your necklace. The gift comes together with a quality chain sourced in the US.

Your order will be carefully made & ready to go within 2 to 4 days of purchase.
SHIPPING
Multiple USPS shipping options are available at checkout. Cost & delivery date estimates are calculated based on your order's zip code.
✶ Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) USPS shipping is FREE for US orders over $50.00.
International Shipments:
Please note that you may have import duties or taxes to pay on your package upon delivery or pickup. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price as they are levied by your country & completely out of my control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items qualify for an Easy Exchange or Return:
1 - Contact me at amy@amyfriendjewelry.com within 14 days of purchase to request a return or exchange.
2 - Package your item(s) in the original (or similarly padded) packaging. Items that arrive damaged or are mailed in inadequate packaging such as plain unpadded envelopes will not be eligible for a full refund/exchange.
3 - Use the provided return label to ship your package back to me & I'll be in touch each step of the way. If you are returning an item, a refund will be provided as as soon as it is received.

All items arrive beautifully wrapped & ready to gift or wear! A gift message card is included for your personal message. Type your message in the notes section at checkout to have it printed on the card.
