About this Product
Simple and elegant, handmade textured sterling silver earrings. They feature hammered, textured and polished sterling silver marquise bars that drop from handmade 925 silver ear wires. The total length is 2 inches long from the top of the ear wires by 3/8 inch wide.

• Sterling silver ear wires
The lined, wavy texture is made with a texturing hammer. They are polished to a high polished with 14,000 grit sandpaper. The top of the wavy line is high polish and the recesses are matte for a minimalist design.
Made by hand, by me, in the USA.

How it’s Made
I made these beautiful earrings with 22 gauge Sterling or 925 Silver sheet. I started by cutting and filing the sheet in the elongated marquise shape. Then using a chasing hammer, I added the lined texture to the metal. Then polished them to reveal the texture and bring out the highlights. I made the ear wires with 20 gauge Sterling Silver wire.
