Meet the Maker
Welcome to MariesGems. I've been offering handmade jewelry on Etsy several years with a 5-star rating and am thrilled to open my shop on GoImagine.
So much jewelry is mass-produced, with it all looking very similar. I like to make beautiful, handmade pieces that are one-of-a-kind, so that when women wear it, or give it as gifts, they can express their individuality and stand out from the crowd.
My items are made with natural materials. Each piece is unique–there's only one like it in the world! Everything is READY TO SHIP. Thanks for visiting my shop. Please follow me on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
How it’s Made
I made these earrings with 22 gauge sterling silver sheet I cut, filed and formed into 1 x 1/2 inch marquise shapes. Then I embossed them with the geometric criss-cross pattern. Next I oxidized them to reveal the design. I punched the hole at the top for the ear wires, which I made with 20 gauge sterling silver wire.

All my items are handmade and should be treated with care. To clean, wipe gently with a dry, soft, cotton cloth--DO NOT immerse in jewelry cleaner. You can polish the findings with a polishing cloth. Store away from chemicals and light.
