Meet the Maker
Hi! I’m Amber and I’m the metalsmith, photographer, and owner here at Rito Originals. I live in beautiful Northern Utah and do all my work here from my little studio. I have always had a love of art and a passion for creating jewelry. I love every aspect of the process; designing, fabrication, down to that last polish a piece receives before being shipped off to its new home.
I started out as a young child stealing dental floss for my creations. I have come a long way since then now working with precious metals and an assortment of gemstones. My jewelry is simple and elegant with a mix of contemporary and classic inspirations.
I started my shop shortly after becoming a stay-at-home mom to give me a creative outlet, but it has done so much more than that. It’s allowed me to have a career doing what I love best. I love my job!
Rito (Ree-toh) is a nickname I’ve had since childhood. My family would always refer to my creations as “Rito Originals” and thus my shop was born.

Shop Policies
Please note that most items are "MADE-TO-ORDER" and take approximately 3-5 business days to complete depending on the piece.
Payment: Payments are completed through the payment processor here at GoImagine or Paypal.
Shipping: We ship from the United States to the address you provide at checkout. Items currently ship within 3-5 business days. Each piece is made especially for you.
Returns Policy: If you wish to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns/Exchanges are accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned unworn with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is a shipping and handling fee for exchanges. Please message us as this will vary depending on the shipping costs for a piece.
Returned items must be postmarked within the 14 days of originally receiving the order.
**If exchanging a RING, please note that everything is made to order so in most cases it will take a little time to make you a ring for the exchange. Original shipping charges are NOT refundable for any returns. CUSTOM ORDERS--No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized orders. Our guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved through detailed photos. Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colors and shape.
Additional Policies and FAQs: Please make sure you know your ring size. Do not guess or measure with a piece of string or tape measure. For the most accurate size you can go to any jewelry counter and ask for a measurement.
Please note that wider band rings usually require a larger size of ring. The same applies when stacking multiple rings together. Most people usually go up a 1/2 size from their normal ring size for wider band rings. RING RESIZING--There is a fee for any resizing of finished rings plus shipping (price depends on the ring). Please keep in mind that certain rings with stones cannot be resized. *PLEASE note that all pieces are completely handmade and therefore no two pieces will be exactly the same. Each piece is completely unique in it's own way.
Jewelry Care: Jewelry is fragile and should be worn with care. Please do not wear your jewelry in the shower or during extreme physical activity. Pearls and softer stones such as turquoise are delicate and should not come into contact with perfumes or hairspray. Oxidation/discoloration can happen to most metals. Please keep your jewelry in a sealed baggy, or box.
