All of our candles are made with utmost care using premium materials, including:

- Natural waxes (Apricot, Palm, Beeswax, or Coconut)

- High-quality fragrance oils

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.

Ordering/Purchasing Process

- Placing Orders: Customers can place orders through our Website, Sellers Platform “Goimage.com”, or Event Locations. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the order.

-Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, Venmo, Apple Tap, and other secure payment options.

-Purchasing any item(s) at an Event/Craft Sales are Final!!!!  

Shipping Policy

- Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

- Shipping Options: We offer multiple shipping options, including standard, and expedited.

- Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

Returns and Exchanges

- Returns: Unused candles can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to facilitate the process.

- Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, please take a picture and contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or refund.
