Inspired by the changes I saw in myself using natural treatments (from my great-grandmother's times) and realizing I was going through a wonderful change, I felt the need to do something to be able to share how good I felt knowing that what I using doesn't have harmful ingredients, so I acquired knowledge in everything related to the natural personal care world to create options with benefits for all. Gradually, I found my passion and the gift of formulating the right ingredients in the right doses. I only recommend and make what has worked for me. I empathize with every need of that person who comes to me and I dedicate myself to them in their decision to reinvent themselves in a healthier world.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship as soon as possible trying to be the same day as your order if you order before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, anywhere in the United States, usually between 1-2 business days via USPS based on the weight of items ordered. Please note: Entering an incorrect address may delay shipment also failure to contact us promptly (2 business days) voids any responsibility we may have had. Please save content and packing material.
MADE TO ORDER
At Monicalive, most of our products are made on a make-to-order basis. This means we only exactly what is needed. By taking these steps, we avoid overproduction, which typically leads to items being thrown out. Since we use natural ingredients, this wasteful behavior is part of our focus on sustainability.
CANCELLATIONS
Please review your order carefully before you checkout. If your order has already been packed for shipment, we can't make changes. All canceled orders will incur a 10% cancelation fee.
RETURN POLICY
We believe you should be 100% satisfied with your products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we will gladly offer a store credit within 7 days after purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy. Items marked as final sales, partial return of gift sets, and free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns.
ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES
We carefully choose products that are crafted using all natural oils, butters, herbs, clay and teas; which include natural nuts, seeds and fruit. If you have any allergies, please carefully read the product label prior to use.
If you are uncertain about a sensitivity, we recommend doing a patch test first to ensure that there is no reaction. If irritation occurs, please discontinue using the product.
