Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on personalized items. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping, or there is a mistake on your order, please contact me immediately. Excellent customer service is my goal and I want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
How many cards and envelopes come in each stationery set?
Each set comes with 10 note cards and 10 envelopes. When you change the quantity it is for sets, not individual cards.

I am not doing wholesale at this time.
What is your turnaround time?
Non-personalized items are shipped within 1-2 business days and personalized stationery 2-3 business days.
Can I receive a digital proof of my personalized item?
I will gladly provide a digital proof. Please request a proof at checkout in the notes to seller section. All proofs will be sent via Convo and must be approved before processing your order.
**Please note it may take 24-48 hours to receive your proof and this may impact your processing times.
How do I add my personalization?
At checkout, there will be a text box indicating the information needed for the listing and a box to enter the details.

How are Rella Paper items packaged?
Art prints are packaged with heavy mat board, placed in a cello sleeve, and mailed in a rigid mailer to protect from bending and moisture.
Notecard sets are placed in a cello sleeve and mailed in a bubble mailer for protection.
Can I change the Bible verse on my purchase?
Due to the copyright of many Bible translations, I am limited to the versions I am able to use. Due to this, I cannot change verses on products.
