They say theres no mistakes when making junk journals. That was hard to work through where I seen every little flaw and big ones too. But this free spirited way of art took hold in creating my art pieces. I have been enjoying making this type of art for some time now. This small junk journal measures 5 1/2" by 3 3/8" with a 1 1/4" spine. Four attached signatures. Beaded and a charm that dangles from the spine. Lots of open pages for journaling. Welcome to Fiber Passion Studios. I'm Linda from Missouri , living out in the country enjoying the wildlife and our fur family. My husband and I have gardens and we mow, once in awhile we go fishing. We have a big growing beautiful family and going on 46 years of marriage. I have been crafting for decades along with our family business 70+ yrs, recovering furniture. My passion for the arts is many, from paper works, sewing ,needle work to working in wool , spinning, weaving , knitting ,dyeing fiber ,eco printing and so much more. I wish I had more arms like an octopus, would make multi tasking easier! I hope you have a hobby or many to relate to and sharing your arts. Thats what I like to do is share and hope you will like my work as well. The best part is to inspire and be inspired, thats what keeps art alive. How it’s Made
This cute junk journal has lots of paper to journal with some with around 17 pages to 22 pages. Theres's tea and coffee dye paper I did along with some stenciling. Added a paper dyed doily , some gelli printing. Dictionary, music papers included. This little journal you can make pockets to add your own papers/tags. There is sunflower tags inside the front and back cover. I used layered die-cuts to give the flowers lift to them. Collage work on outside cover and inside the journal. Sari silk closure, a little bling on the sunflower head. Altho there lots of paper in this journal theres room to build this little book up with your paperwork, make it a chucky Junk Journal! This was the most difficult to fill out for me, I want it fair for everyone when it comes to the item/s and shipping. I checked others polices and there's many different ones for each shop so I will do my best that you get an item that you like to your home safe and sound.
All my arts are handmade by me and I detail how its made and show as many photos that will show the item. Lighting and monitors are different in showing colors, and I work with two laptops to make sure its as close to true color. I have a BOHO flair to my art, one of a kind. Its not perfect but its good and I enjoy every piece I make and share. So heres my list for now on my shop policy.
