About this Product
This is a hand painted Dala style horse on a 6x6 inch panel that can be hung on the wall or put on an easel. There is no hanging device on the back so it will easily hang flush to the wall on a very small nail or push pin.
Each one is individually painted free-hand by me with whatever folksy Nordicness I'm feeling on the day!
There will be some delightful variations, but the base color will be the same.
These designs help me to feel connected to my Scandinavian heritage in a deeper way.

Meet the Maker
I can't stop making things and experimenting with all different mediums! I especially enjoy putting together materials I haven't seen used together before.
My process satisfies my desire to both create and invent.
(This shows up in my cooking, too, and not always with great results...)
How it’s Made
I first paint the base color with acrylic paint. Next, I add the shiny gloss coat. After that things really get interesting as each painted with its own unique folksy details!
