This tall Vase is hand built, with a subtle Moroccan style tile imprint. The white glaze shows the beautiful speckles of the clay, and the tiles all have a hint of multiple colors. It will look lovely filled with fresh or dried flowers, or even utensils on your counter in your kitchen. The rolled edges flow with the white glaze. This vase would fit any decor, and bring a sweet, subtle pop of color to a neutral space.
It measures about 10 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter.

Meet the Maker
Hello! I’m Carrie, the face behind Meandering Stream Ceramics! I took my first pottery class in January 2023, and was hooked. Now I need to sell some pieces to make room in my house, and to support my habit. ;) I’m often inspired by nature and the colorful world we live in.
My day job is teaching singing lessons! Music is my first passion. My husband is also a musician - we met in music school! Our family is rounded out with our 2 adult kids, and our rescue doggo Bailey. We live in the far west burbs of Chicago, but have family connections to Northern Michigan and Newfoundland, Canada. I am often inspired, and awed, by the beauty of where we grew up.
How it’s Made
This vase is hand built, out of a beautiful speckled brown clay. It has a smooth, organic rim, that flows down the front of the vase, all glazed in a rich white glaze that showcases the speckles in the clay. The Moroccan tile pattern is painted with multiple, vibrant colors of underglaze, then wiped away to show the texture of the pattern. The pattern continues on the bottom of the vase, which is sanded smooth to protect your furniture surface.

I suggest hand washing items, but most are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise stated in the item listing.
