One of the most beautiful mustard varieties! Tatsoi is an Asian mustard variety with round cupped leaves, also earning it the name "spoon mustard". The plants will grow in large rosette-type heads. This particular variety is prized for its young leaves as they are extremely tender and mild in flavor. Larger more mature leaves can be harvested for a stronger flavor. Tatsoi mustard is popular in salads, soups, and Asian stir-fries. You can succession sow these or grow and use the cut and come again method for harvesting.
