Step 1: Ethically Sourced Materials The journey begins with sourcing the Cynopterus brachyotis, a species that is not endangered or threatened according to the CITES list. Ensuring that each specimen is legally and ethically acquired is a top priority. These bats are preserved to honor their natural beauty and symbolism, not to exploit.
Step 2: Preservation with Care Each bat undergoes a meticulous preservation process to maintain its delicate form and intricate details. Wings are carefully positioned to display their elegant structure, while ensuring that the natural essence of the creature remains intact. This process takes time and precision, setting it apart from assembly-line creations.
