Hi! I'm Amber, the creative force behind Joyful Jewels NW. What began as a way to rediscover myself after the birth of my kids has blossomed into a true passion. In my cozy backyard shed-turned-studio, I craft wearable art using silver, gold, and genuine stones. You can find my work at maker events throughout the Pacific Northwest, especially in Yamhill County, Oregon.

How it’s Made
As with the majority of my pieces, the components used in these earrings are handmade, and made to order. This provides so much flexibility and the ability to customize each pair of earrings. The metal used is called 14/20 gold-fill, which means that the outer 5% (1/20th) is 14k gold. These are not plated metals. The gold will not 'wear-off' with normal use.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unaltered.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a store credit.
