The warm Teddy Bear is hand knitted with 100% wool and the stuffing is also pure sheep wool. The legs, body and head are all knitted in one piece. The toy has no buttons or plastic parts. The eyes, nose and mouth are embroidered. The small Bear is about 5 1/2 inches tall and 7 inches wide around the tummy. The eco-friendly bear is hand knitted in a smoke free environment.

I learned how to knit when I was 8 years old. I wanted to knit clothes for my dolls, and my mother gave me needles and some yarns. I enjoy making knitted toys, especially stuffed small animals.
My sister was always fascinated with people using pottery wheels. She likes the clay's softness and malleability. The clay doesn't' always do what the potter wants. Finding the balance between her hands and clay's plasticity is almost a Zen moment for her!
