You don't need to purchase a commercial license for using the stencils I sell-I'm currently not taking custom orders, please reach out on any questions -For Shipping time, I use USPS 5-7 Business Days Ground Advantage Package for standard shipping. Currently at this time orders will be shipped 2-3 days after purchase. -Sundays and Holidays are closed for shipping.-I measure the image within the stencil not the total cut out of the stencil.
