Shop Policies! Please read!
1. Processing times: We make orders on a first come first serve basis. Processing times can take up to 14 business days. Please do not send messages demanding to know where your order is if those 14 business days haven't passed. Our products are hand made, not mass produced, and this takes time.
2. Once your item has been marked as shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, and we will have no further information on the package except what is available on the carrier website. We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package says delivered but you have not received it, you will need to open a case with Etsy.
3. If you have a problem with an order, please reach out to us before leaving a review. Most issues are due to customers not reading the item description. Any other issues, please come to us first so we can make it right for you.
4. We do not offer cancelations due to some of our products being able to ship out quickly, depending on turnaround time.
