About this Product
Hinterland is a mix between a soft, slouchy bag, and a structured bag that stands on its own. It can be carried as a crossbody or a handbag and is the perfect mid range size. The interior has a uniquely constructed divider pocket with two slip pockets and a zipper in the middle. The distinctive shape of the Hinterland allows for a beautifully soft exterior while the bag gains all of its structure from the divider on the inside. The bucket shape of the bag paired with the two separate compartments allows you to hold whatever you may need, and easily find your items inside.

Hi, my name is Teresa. My creative mojo drives me to think what someone would like to have in their life to make it special. Something to make them smile, or remember, or something that they want to share with others. That is my biggest joy, to see someone smile when they hold something that I have created, that they feel they can't live without. I have a wide range of creativeness that goes on. From aprons, baby goodies, quilts, bears, purses/bags/wallets, to even crafty makes for the home.
There is two places that I find myself the happiest: Sewing, and in the garden. I have been sewing much longer than I have been gardening. Anything that activates my creative portal of my brain is where I always want to be. I get such joy out of watching something come from a "seed" stage. I'll see something and think to myself "how can I make that different, and even better". I am retired, so this happens ALL the time. I can only hope that someone can find something I have made and enjoy it with as much passion as I had while thinking, and making it. This truly is a passion, (or maybe obsession). Shipping and returns:
I make, package and ship every order myself. And I take to inspect each order before mailing. I make sure it is exactly what was ordered.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days of when the order was received. (custom orders are of the exception).
All free shipping is Ground Advantage.
Shipping transit speed is determined by the US postal service.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the post office, not when the order is placed.
All postal delays are out of my control and can't be predicted. Please place your order in advance of your function date if you need things on a specific date.
I don't guarantee any delivery times personally!! That's out of my control.
Return Policy:
Any returns must be approved my be before you send them back, please contact me within 48 hours of package delivery if you have a problem with your order.
All returns must be sent back within 5 business days of me agreeing to the return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected when I sent the order.
Damage caused by the customer will not be considered as a reason for the product return.
If an item shipped with free shipping, the actual post office cost of the original shipping may be held back from any refunds issued.

Are Shipping Times Guaranteed?
No, those are out of my control. Please take post office times estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly at I can, I have no control over the date that the package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with the delivery please check with your local post office, since they'll have the most updated information.
Can I Get A Return Shipping Label?
The customer is responsible for the return postage of all returns. I don't provide return shipping labels unless the item was defective to begin with. Please read the descriptions of the item before purchasing to verify sizes and qualities.
How Much Will I Be Refunded?
For items that shipped free, any returns or exchanges will have the actual post office cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount, except in the case of items that were received damaged. To verify damage I need to get photos of the item and the packaging so that I can potentially file a claim with the post office.
I Didn't Get My Package, Can I Get A Refund?
If you didn't get the package but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the deliveery was left. They have GPS on the their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address, they won't be able to help you.
In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can't find it, I am unable to refund. You should file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft. Please contact me if this is your situation so that I know what's going on.
If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please contact me and I'll arrange a solution.
