Shop Policies
All of our signs are made to order so we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue please contact us though, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.
We ship for free using UPS ground or surepost. Shipping outside the lower 48 is not free and will be an additional charge.
Please take a minute to read this! We use select Eastern White Pine which is the best we can buy. We make every effort to use the clearest wood we can, but even so there may be small knots and visible wood grain. Wood grain is not a crack, we won’t ship a sign with a crack. Pine is a soft wood, occasionally there may be a slight indent or bruise in the wood.
Every piece of wood is different. it’s part of using sustainably grown pine. some pieces may feel very light weight, some heavier due to sap content etc. sizes are approximate within about an 1/8th inch. Please keep in mind lumber yard sizing - 4" is 3.5" 6" is 5.5" 8" is 7.25" 12" is 11.25"
We do not accept returns. we make EVERY sign to order. We offer free shipping to the CONTIGUOUS USA. We DO NOT ship for free to AK, HI, Islands or APOs. the shipping upgrade is $10 -15. I will send you the upgrade listing and once it’s paid, I’ll make and ship your sign.
CUSTOM SIGNS- please add a cell phone number in your note to seller at check out in the event that I have a question about your order. I spend a lot of time waiting for responses to etsy messages and emails so a quick text is helpful in streamlining my workflow so you can get your sign quickly! If you want a proof then please indicate that you want a proof in the "note to seller" and add your cell# so I can text it to you! Easy Peasy!
If I don't hear from you within a week or so regarding your proof, your sign will be made as ordered.
