About this Product
This cutting board was created to bridge the gap between beefy hardwood cutting boards that you never use and thin utilitarian cutting boards that look bad and have a short lifespan. This walnut cutting board is 1/2 inch thick to stay slender but maintain that rigid beefy feel of a hardwood cutting board. It features a wide pill shaped opening at one end that functions both as a handle and as a garbage chute for off-cuts, skins, cores, etc. The rubber feet on the bottom hold tight to your counter surface and are placed so that the opening can be positioned over a sink or counters edge to be swept into.

Meet the Maker
It is a goal of YRSC to be one of many sources of handmade goods that will slowly take the place of our current disposable nature to things as large and personal as the furniture in our home.
Owner & Creator Jason Camarse was a designer and creative director in the DFW area for a decade and was fortunate enough to work on design and video projects with several impactful clients like TCU, 3 Nations Brewing, Liberty Overalls, and several more. After he and his family moved into their first home his furniture making hobby hit the fast-lane and became a more permanent part of his free time.
In 2022 his passions had completely shifted from the digital to the physical and he stepped down from his 9-year position at RFTB Digital Agency and started Yellow Rose Supply Co. His goal was to bring the same sense of handmade quality and style that he’d created for friends and family, to homes in the community and ideally around the country.
