At this time I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ask all questions prior to ordering.
All items ship within 2-4 days unless your order is a large or custom order. Details on shipping times will be given prior to ordering.
Once I drop off orders at the post office I do not have control over how long it takes to arrive. If an item has been shown as delivered but you have stated non receipt I will contact the post office but also ask you contact your local post office as well since they are showing it delivered. It usually takes a few days to get a response. At that time I will contact you with results and we will go from there. If the Geo information shows delivered at the address given on the order I am not responsible at that point.
