Hi there!
My name is Sara Palmer and I'm the owner/creator of Purple Lily Crafts! I took up crocheting in early 2023 while trying to find my niche in my newly created business and quickly fell in love with the craft. I strive to create items that bring joy to people's lives while being as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible.

Acrylic yarn with a 4.5 crochet hook and polyfil
Shop Policies
Processing Time: All items are made to order unless otherwise stated in the product description. Allow 3 - 7 business days before the item is shipped out.
Shipping: All packages are shipped either USPS Ground Advantage or Priority, with tracking. Please be patient if your package takes longer than normal, especially over the holidays. Once your package is handed over to USPS, its delivery is out of my control. If you have any trouble with your package, please reach out and we will figure out a solution together. Shipping estimates for custom items will be given at the time of order.
Returns: Your satisfaction is important to us. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product if there is a problem with your order or products, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Exchanges, returns, etc. will be determined on an individual basis. Damaged items must be proven with photos. Custom items are not available to return.
Cancelations: Cancelations are accepted for all items except custom orders before the item is shipped. Cancelations will NOT be accepted once the item has been shipped.
Product Care: All items can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. Most of the items cannot be put in a washer machine.

We do our best to provide our customers with the most accurate photographs and descriptions of fabrics and products, however, please allow for some variations due to the color displays of different monitors. Due to the nature of handmade items, products may have some size difference compared to what is listed in the product description.
Items are made in a pet-friendly and smoke-free home.
