About this Product

I started with patterned copper patterned with waves (reminds me of the ocean) . I folded and formed copper sheet metal and cold connected to the main piece with copper brads. The piece was then placed on the fire block and torched to "anneal" the metal. Then is was hand hammered. Then it was put through the new metal process to bring up the patina. The piece was hand sanded and polished to the desired effect. In the folds I wire wrapped a Cultured Fresh Water pearl and heishi Turquoise beads. The line of pearls are tiny Fresh Water Pearls. This cuff reminds me of tidal pools and the breaking waves. This process took a week to finish, but I think the cuff turned out quite beautiful. The cuff is medium and is 6.5 inches with a 1.5 inch gap. The width is 1 inch. The cuff can be made smaller or larger by allowing it to warm up on your wrist then gently squeezing or pulling out. My artist signature is on the back of the piece as a tiny dragonfly. Ships gift boxed.
