Meet the Maker

I create wearable art jewelry, accessories, and costumes for those who love myth and nature. My mixed media beadwork and leather craft blends organic and unusual materials like semiprecious stone, vintage glass, bone, and wood. Each piece is hand crafted in my forest studio, with hope that it will spark imagination and rekindle a sense of connection to the natural world.

I've been a beadworker since the early 1980's, and I started working in leather in the early 1990's. I began selling my handcrafted work at art shows and festivals around 1987, and built my first website in 1997. These many years as a working artisan have helped to hone my skill and style, as well as my customer service skills.

With that said, you can trust that your purchase will be truly handcrafted, well made with quality materials, and it will be shipped quickly and securely. I hope your purchase will make you smile, garner lots of compliments, and remind you of the beauty of the natural world.

Leather Characteristics

Leather is an organic material, with subtle variances from one piece to the next. Like our own skin, it tells a story. Thus, it's perfectly normal for leather to have small surface scratches, brands, or even wrinkles! Small markings such as these are typical characteristics of the medium, and should not be considered flaws. As with humans, these little quirks add to the beauty and character :)

I offer quantity discounts for large volume purchases. Wholesale pricing is available to qualified buyers, such as brick and mortar stores. Please drop me a line to discuss details.
