Shop Policies
Thank you for ordering! Your custom orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders proofs must be approved- this could take up to 1-2 additional days depending on response, details and turnaround time. Custom order are not returnable.
Non-custom items will be shipped immediately.

Care instructions:
- Felt should be spot cleaned only, gently dab with a damp cloth using cold water if needed, do not soak or machine wash.
- Keep dry, moisture can cause felt to warp or color to bleed
- Fading can occur if kept in sun for prolonged period of time
Cake toppers/wands:
- To keep wood clean insert straw over wood
- Remove from cake carefully
- Sticks are made of strong wood, however, may break if bent or damaged
- Same instructions apply as noted above
Baby Mobiles:
- Must be secured safely
- Follow care instructions as noted above
