♥♥♥♥♥ HERE'S HOW IT WORKS ♥♥♥♥♥

♥♥♥ STEP ONE ♥♥♥

Choose & purchase your favorite design.

♥♥♥ STEP TWO ♥♥♥

SIZE: I will need to know the size of the card before I can begin designing it. Below are a couple of standard sizes . Only indicate "Other" if you know that the finished design will fit your envelope. The sample above is shown as a 5x7, there may be a slightly different layout for other sizes.

5x7 / 5.5 x 4.25 / 4x6 / Other

It is good, if you can, to know where you want the card printed ahead of time and to let me know. This way you will avoid having to have the design done all over again (more costs to you). Also, if you let me know ahead of time, I can go to that site and find out if they have templates. Templates contain that printer's specific color profiles, so that there is less chance of color shifts. Pretty much how you see it, will be the color it will turn out. This step also makes uploading the design a breeze for you. My customers have had good luck with the following printers: VistaPrint.com, OvernightPrints.com

♥♥♥ STEP THREE ♥♥♥

Please provide the following information in the notes to seller section at checkout (or convo me):

1. Bride's Parent's Name (Mr & Mrs. ~~~)

2. Bride's First and Middle Name

3. Groom's Full Name

4. Day, Date, Month, Year

5. Time (afternoon, Evening, Etc.)

6. Name of Ceremony Site

7. Address of Ceremony Site

8. Name of Celebration Site

9. Address of Celebration Site

10. Cocktail Time, Dinner Time

11. Any special wording requests.... as long as they are not too far off from the original wording.

12. Size of the finished design (See Step Two for explanation)

13. Where you are getting your invitations printed (See Step Two for explanation)

14. Proofs are sent to you via Messaging. Please provide the EMAIL address where you would like your final invitation sent.

♥♥♥ STEP FOUR ♥♥♥

Your card design will be created within 24-48 hours (usually less, but during busy times, turn around time may be slower), and a proof will be sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Customizable Designs come with 2-3 revisions or tweaks. Any more than 2-3 tweaks may require additional charges. Total changes to the design such as changing graphic (color, size of, etc.), adding elements, taking away elements or any other changes to overall style are not just tweaks, may require additional charges. (I will discuss this with you & create a link if additional charges are required)

♥♥♥ STEP FIVE ♥♥♥

Once you have approved the design, I will send the final hi-res digital design to you to take or send to your printer.

I recommend printing a test print before printing your invitation in its final quantity to make sure you approve the colors, darkness, lightness, etc. H20works Designs is not responsible for color variations between what you see on your monitor and how it prints on paper. Print quality varies by location.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

REMEMBER THIS IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT, NO PHYSICAL PRINTED CARD WILL BE DELIVERED.

I will keep your design on file. If you lose it, just get back in touch with me and I can resend it to you.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I have been a professional graphic designer for more than 18 years, half of which have been in advertising and printing until I decided to freelance. I will strive to make you happy with your design and your decision to go with me. Thanks!

Meet the Maker

ALL THE WORKS OF WAUTERS

My mom taught me how to crochet, sew and embroider at a very young age. As I grew a bit older, she would get in monthly craft kits and we would work on them together. It wasn't long after that, that I would bug anybody and everybody to bring me to the local craft store where I would spend all of my hard-earned babysitting money to try out everything often sharing and teaching the neighborhood kids along the way. As a young adult, I did a lot of macrame and rug-hooking and of course, always my crochet.

It is also my mom that I credit for my design sense. She was always good with decorating, I guess I learned from her how to make my surroundings beautiful which led me into the field of Interior Design. Once computers came along, I moved into Graphic Design. I have a degree in both, but consider Graphic Artist my job title. Graphics were the answer for me, because though I love to paint things but I can hardly draw stick figures, lol. Boy, do I love to manipulate photos and create something new and exciting with them! Coming soon, will be my digital art, photography and wedding invitations.

As I can no longer crochet, do to the arthritis in my hands, I have taken up a new love and turned back to a couple of things because, hey....these hands just can't stay idle! My most recent interest has been mosaics and I have also started painting "stuff" again. I hope to be able to share those with you soon, as well.

So, you see, I have my fingers into so many things, this is how my shop name came about. "H20" for Wauters and "Works" for all the many things I do!

Thank you for supporting my little handmade small business.
Love, Kat ♥
