Shop Policies
- Processing Time: Orders will normally be sent out the next day after the order is placed, so long as you are placing your order Monday through Friday. Otherwise your order will be shipped out on Monday. Shipping is usually 2-5 days, through USPS ground advantage shipping.
- Return Policy: No returns on custom items, other returns on a case by case basis, and buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Ultimately your satisfaction is our main goal and we strive to help resolve any issues that may arise. Please contact us to let us know how we can help you.

- Can I customize my order? Answer: In most cases we are able to customize/ personalize your items, when in doubt just message us for any special requests.
- How long will my items take to make? Answer: most of the time items will be made the same day that the order is placed, and shipped out the very next day. For items that require longer processing times customers will be contacted to let them know what to expect, if you don't hear from us expect your item to be shipped out the next business day (excluding weekends).
