About this Product
This is a tree of life, wire wrapped on a cat's eye cabochon, labradorite, rose quartz or agate stones. The Cabochons are approximately 1"- 2". and come with a 24" chain. Cats Eye Tree of Life are custom made. Available in pink, green, purple and blue and wire wrapped with gold-plated, silver-plated. Also available in sterling silver wire. They would be considered a custom order and custom terms would apply. *
*All custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit and the remainder due upon completion of the piece.

Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 14 days from receipt of item. If there is a problem with the merchandise due to a defect, I will repair it free of charge, unless it is due to wear and tear of the item (see below for instructions for repairs). If you are not satisfied with the item, it can be returned, and you can choose an item of equal value, or I will refund your purchase price and tax. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refunds and returns are not available for:
· custom or commission pieces
items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Prior to returning the item, please send us an email at kathyskreations2@att.net with a description of your item, the problem if damaged and if you want an exchange or refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kathyskreations@att.net and send your item to: Kathy's Kreations, 1567 Highland Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kathy's Kreations, 1567 Highland Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
