Wooden Box, Trinket Box. This small hand turned pedestal box is made from cherry wood, The grain has many lovely patterns in it, and as you turn the box they change. The finial has been dyed black to accent the cherry wood. Overall, the height is just under 6.0 inches (from finial to base) and the widest part of the box is 3.0 inches. As you can see the box holds two beaded necklaces (not included) easily. It would make a nice earring box or ring box. A nice gift for someone special on a birthday, anniversary, or at a wedding.

Meet the Maker
I have been turning wood bowls and boxes for about 25 years. It started as a hobby out of my garage on the weekends. Now that I have retired, I have a new dedicated workshop where I turn bowls, boxes, trees, and many other wooden items full time to sell at art & craft fairs in western Maine, and online. Wood is such a wonderful medium to work with, when you start to turn a bowl, you never know what it will reveal for grain patterns or color variances within the wood. It is like unwrapping a new present each time. On average each large bowl may take several days from start to finish.
How it’s Made
This box and finial are hand turned on a wood lathe, then finished with several coats of oil.

Return Policy
We strive to create, produce, and deliver quality items to our customers. We provide detailed descriptions (including measurements, colors, and any inclusions in the wood) and display many photos from every angle of each item in Go Imagine to help our customers make informed purchasing decisions. We provide care instructions for each item listed in the description on Go Imagine and add a care sheet in each package that is shipped. We package our items with great care to ensure that they arrive safely.
However, if you are not satisfied with your unused purchase, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery date with a reason for the return request. We will not accept returns on any item that has been used and/or abused. Once we have determined that a return is appropriate, please follow these instructions:
1. All items must be returned in the original packing box with the original packing materials it was shipped in.
2. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped (not used or mistreated).
3. Buyer must pay return shipping costs; no COD will be accepted.
4. Items must be mailed back to us within five (5) business days of our authorization of return.
Once we have received the item we will open and inspect the item. If it is determined that the item is in the original condition, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.
Please note: Due to the organic nature of wood, there may be an occasional imperfection in the wood that we use – this is normal. We stabilize any major imperfection prior to final finishing with food safe oils.
