About this Product

This pendant features waxing, full, and waning moon symbols that represent the sacred Maiden, Mother, and Crone aspects within every woman.  I wove this pendant in copper over a beautiful labradorite stone that gleams in shades of green, blue and gold, and accented it with a small faceted rainbow moonstone.  Labradorite is said to enhance intuition and balance energy. Moonstone represents clarity and feminine energy.

The pendant is suspended on a green velvet cord with a copper chain in the back and can be adjusted from 18 to 20 inches (46-50 cm).  If you need a longer chain, let me know. I could create one in about 2 weeks from order. The cord can be removed for cleaning (hand washing recommended).

The pendant has a non-tarnish coating to protect the finish. If you avoid getting it wet, the coating will last longer. If it wears off over time, you can use the polishing cloth I included in the box.

If something happens to your pendant, please feel free to contact me via GoImagine or by sending an email to cobaltdragonflyart@gmail.com.  If you return the item to me (at your cost) I will do my best to repair and return it to you at no additional cost to you.

Meet the Maker

I got in trouble for doodling mandalas at school, even though I didn’t know the word “mandala” at the time. I love to create art and jewelry, sometimes drawing on spiritual traditions such as the paganism of my ancestors in Lithuania.

I’ve never met a craft I didn’t like, but wire weaving jewelry is my favorite.  I am fascinated by different stones, their colors, patterns, their shimmer or flash, and their symbolism. When I start working with a stone, I visualize and sketch the style of setting that feels right. Then I have fun figuring out how to connect all the elements.  The actual process of weaving is both meditative and deeply satisfying.

It is always my hope that after a piece comes together, the wearer will feel some of the joy I felt in the creative process.
