About this Product
Here is a coaster featuring a triskeleon along with a bit of a tribal design. It measures 4 inches by 4 inches and has a cork backing to keep it from sliding around on the tabletop as well as preventing scratches. The image is fused into the surface of the tile and will not scratch or wear off during use. If you need to clean this item DO NOT put it in the dishwasher as that will cause the cork backing to fall off. Instead, just wipe it with a damp cloth and the spill will come right off.

Hi, I'm Tom the owner and creator of The Clockwork Alien. I have been doing various types of things for many years, leather work, armor crafting, as well as several other things. As you will see I like to combine the new and old such as using laser engraving combined with handcrafted leather work or the addition of more modern materials to a older design to give it a different look. My main focus has been steampunk but on here you will find a wide variety of things. How it’s Made
I start out by taking the image and then transferring it to my computer. From there the coaster is made by taking a normal white ceramic tile and then engraving the image into its surface with a laser engraver. This makes for an extremely durable image that will not easily wear or scratch off. I've demonstrated this at shows to people by taking a metal car key and roughly go over the surface and then show that the image is not damaged. I've glued on a cork backing to prevent it from sliding or scratching any surface it is put on.
Shop Policies
In general orders will be processed within 3-5 days of order placement unless otherwise noted in the product description. Custom orders will naturally take a little longer and I will happily notify you of an estimated shipping time when I receive your order.
If you need to make a return, I will refund the full amount upon receipt of the item. If it was damaged in shipping I ask you please send me a photo of the item as it was received for my records.
