About this Product

Amber dangle earrings. 14k gold-filled ear hooks.

I purchased these stones as part of a necklace about 30 years ago. Some amber does not test the same as does Baltic Amber, etc. These days, sellers are placing the stones in front of an LED light bulb. I have done that as well as placed them under UV light. Those photos are included with the other photos.

Please see photos for sizes and dimensions.

Item will be securely packaged for protection during transit.

How it’s Made

I purchased these stones 30 years ago at the Tucson Gem show. They are Turkish amber. I used 14k gold-filled earhooks and other gold-filled products. I connected each component via wire-wrapping so that the connections are secure. I prefer to make durable jewelry rather than quickly complete it. It may take me longer, but it is worth it to know that the customer won't have to worry about their jewelry falling apart.

Shop Policies

Shipping Policy:

Buyer pays for shipping costs.

I ship after three to five days after receipt of order.

The cost of shipping depends on the value of the item. The shipping cost will be in addition to the price of the item. The expensive items will be shipped via priority mail/certified mail/or insured mail. Those items will have to be signed for by a person over 18 years of age. Other items may be shipped using regular package mail, but there is the possibility that I may choose to include insurance for the item.

I package items securely so as to prevent any damage while the item is in transit.

Returns:

I do not accept returns. Jewelry is a contact item, and for hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns.I pride myself in making jewelry which is not only beautiful, but also durable. I do not want my creations to fall off of my customers. I have been making jewelry since the 1980's, and that is what is known about me. And, at one time, I was repairing jewelry for other vendors at outdoor antique shows. I do not do custom work anymore, so the size of the item, (such as bracelet size), will be included in the listing, and in that way you can determine in advance if it will fit you. Length of earrings and necklaces will also be included in the listing. I always take photographs of my items next to a tape measure so that, in that way, you need not worry about an item being an 'enhanced' photo.

Please ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. I will answer your questions honestly. I do not know everything about jewelry such as stones and gems, so if I use a stone or gem and do not know exactly what it is, I will tell you. I will not represent any of my jewelry to be something which it is not. Over the years, I have collected a lot of stones and gems, some purchased at gem shows. Others, I have taken to gemologist to ask what they are. And, there are those which I do not know, only that they are a stone, glass, or a gem of some sort. This will save you and myself a lot of time if you ask your questions prior to purchasing. No question is too small or unimportant to answer, so ask away!

I make the jewelry, but I do not make the stones or the findings, which is why I try to purchase the best findings available. The cost of those findings will be included in the cost of the item.
