With a deep-rooted connection to plants and over 30 years of experience growing and selling herbs, vegetable starts, and honey from our family farm, it was only natural to start creating products using what we produce. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we may choose to refund an item or order under very special circumstances.
Warm Weather Shipping:
During the summer, warm months, or warm weather, please remove your balms from the mailbox or porch as soon as they are delivered. We can not control shipping times or the weather (although we wish we could) and can not refund, replace, or accept returns of melted balms. If your balms melt, using a handheld mixer can be helpful. Just place it in a cool, dark location, or to quickly reset them, pop them in the fridge for 5-15 minutes.
