This listing is for one or five, Sea Turtle Magnets. If you are ordering only one, please make a note of the Red or Green magnet.
I make magnets from prints of my original artwork. I paint a picture, take it to my printer, have copies made of it. I then glue the picture to wood. I cut the wood out with my scroll saw. I coat with two part epoxy resin for a smooth, shiny, glass like finish. I then apply two very strong magnets to the back.
The first five pictures represent this listing. The remaining pictures are other magnets that I make.
These Sea Turtle magnets are the perfect little give away gift for a housewarming party or a Christmas Party. They also make a great Coastal or Beach House stocking stuffer.

Meet the Maker
Hi everyone, I am Janet Dineen, a handmade maker of Mosaic Art, Custom House numbers and Lazy Susans. Custom orders are my specialty. Feel free to ask about anything that you have in mind. Many times, the best ideas come from people like you.
I currently live in Aransas Pass, Texas where I am very lucky to have a home studio where I can work in the lovely air conditioning. My husband Mike and I work together on many of the projects, he cuts the wood and I paint.
We have a little dog named Dolly and her job is to keep us entertained and chase squirrels.
I welcome people into my home studio to visit or purchase something that I might have available. I hope to make something special for you soon. Cheers!
How it’s Made
I paint a picture. I take it to my printer and have small copies made. Next, the copies are glued to wood, then cut out with my scroll saw. I then sand and paint the edges. Next I coat with a brush on varathane. Next I coat with two part epoxy resin for a glass like finish. Lastly, two very strong magnets are glued to the back and the edges are sanded again.
